Lieutenant Zastrow

 Since Brent is now a Dentist he was promoted from an Officer to a Lieutenant for the Navy.  His parents came into town for graduation and promotion.

 It was really rainy going into and out of the ceremony and Leilah was not super excited about getting wet.
